Roya Salamipour

Roya Salamipour is Vice President of Human Resources at Fractyl Health.

As a seasoned senior Human Resources leader, she has supported companies through early stages where building teams and culture is the essential ingredient to successful growth. Roya brings to Fractyl effective business and strategic skills, as well as expertise in operationalizing and executing against those.

Before joining Fractyl, Roya served as Director of Human Resources at Sarepta Therapeutics where she led key initiatives in a complex business environment with quality and speed paramount to the organization’s success. Prior to Sarepta, Roya lead HR strategies and programs at companies in medical device, technology, consulting, international business development, and hi-tech industries.

Roya holds a B.S. in finance from Bentley College (now Bentley University) and an MBA from Northeastern University
